Test measures and Test Process

Once working out with the customers about quality objectives or testing goals to be gained, our experienced test managers:

- analyze specific conditions/constraints of a coming project, like timescale, stage in which we begin with, product type, development effort and development process applied,...

- base on test measures in our historical database (our typical test measures include development : testing effort ratio, % effort spent for each test activity - e.g for test planning, test design, test execution, requirements study and communication, average testing effort per use case,...)

to:

- give first estimates about testing effort and schedule needed

- find out the most suitable testing approach which can flexibly utilize: manual and/or automated testing, scripted or exploratory testing, black-box testing and white or grey box testing.
