The QMS personnel is composed of SEPG, project managers, project leaders, QA leaders and is led by QA director who is also VietSoftware International Director Operations. Its assets include:

• Policy, processes, procedures and tailoring guidelines for software development as well as for organization management

• CMMI level 3 compliant standards.

• Quality instruments (e.g. QA plan, defect reports, ...)

• Control mechanisms (e.g. Source control, defect tracking, change control, ...)

• Reporting mechanisms (about defects, changes, utilization, ...)

• Quality data repository (e.g. project histories and metrics)

• Educational resources

After a period of establishment and improvement, the QMS is confident in stating that VietSoftware International is capable of:

• Doing the right things at organization level

• Doing things right at process level

• And doing the right things right at individual level

However, we never forget "Quality Improvement is a Journey NOT a Destination".
